  • 8 - Biography of the director of the center.
  • 9 - Qualifications and experience certificate for the director of the center.
  • 10 - Profile of the center
  • 11 - Qualifications and experience certificates for them.
  • 12 - Employees' national ID cards.
  • Location conditions:
  • The presence of the following:
  • 1 - Fire Extinguishers
  • 2 - Complaints box.
  • 3 - First aid cupboard.
  • 4 - library
  • 5 - 2 toilets
  • 6 - Guidance board.
  • 7 - 2 training halls
  • 8 - Admin room
  • 9 - Secretarial or public relations in place
  • 10 - A place for reception and rest.
  • 11 - Buffet.
  • 12 - Register for coaches.
  • 13 - Register for trainees.
